A Childhood Favorite

The exceedingly popular children's magazine Hans Sundries (Hans Kunterbunt) appeared from September 1926 to (presumably) April 1941 every second Tuesday, as a supplement of the newspaper Leipziger Latest news.  Every year there were 26 or 27 books. From 1939 Hans Sundries was also published separately and was available at bookshops and kiosks, both in Germany and in Austria. The retail price for the single issue was 10 Pfennig, in Austria 20 groschen.
