Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return or exchange items sold by My Growing Traditions within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs.
Please email us at email@example.com for a return or exchange authorization. Please insure the package, and send to: My Growing Traditions Returns, 11 Good Wind Lane, Camden, Maine 04843.
Please retain your receipts for postage and insurance.
For refunds: You will receive a credit card refund (for credit card purchases) or a refund check (for those paying by check) for the amount of the purchase price.
For exchanges: We will work with you to accomplish the exchange that you need.
Damaged shipment - If your order arrives at your doorstep damaged in any way, please email us upon the package receipt (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can assist you. We experience very, very, very few damaged shipments. But, things can happen - so email or call us (1-877-831-6077) so that we can replace the item where possible or reimburse you for the damaged item, including the original shipping costs.
