Payment - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal. You may send an e-check through Pay Pal and your order will ship when the e-check clears, usually in about 5-6 days. 

Sales Tax – Sales tax of 5.5% is charged on all deliveries to the state of Maine.

Phone orders - 1-877-831-6077 - this is also the way to place UPS or FedEx orders.

Cancelling an order - You may cancel a submitted order by contacting us at admin @mygrowingtraditions.com quickly. If the order has already shipped you will need to go through the Return process (see below).

Shipping and handling - We ship from Maine via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.  We offer Free Priority Mail Shipping over $95.

If you would like United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx shipping, please place a telephone order (1-877-831-6077).

International Shipping: At this time we do not ship internationally.

Shipping to multiple addresses - You will need to place a separate order for each specific address. Or call in your order to: 1-877-831-6077

Tracking the status of an order - You will receive an email when your order is received and a series of emails when your order has shipped (first with the USPS tracking number, then when your order is out for delivery, and finally a notification that it has been delivered. You can also track your order at any time, by going to your Account.

Damaged shipment - If your order arrives at your doorstep damaged in any way, please email us upon the package receipt (admin@mygrowingtraditions.com) so that we can assist you. We experience very, very, very few damaged shipments. But, things can happen - so email or call us (1-877-831-6077) so that we can replace the item where possible or reimburse you for the damaged item, including the original shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges - Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return or exchange items sold by My Growing Traditions within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs.

Please email us at admin@mygrowingtraditions.com for a return or exchange authorization. Please insure the package, and send to: My Growing Traditions Returns, 11 Good Wind Lane, Camden, Maine 04843.

Please retain your receipts for postage and insurance.

For refunds: You will receive a credit card refund (for credit card purchases) or a refund check (for those paying by check) for the amount of the purchase price.

For exchanges: We will work with you to accomplish the exchange that you need.
